This hotel really makes bangladesh proud! the rooms were super clean and clean. the beds were super comfortable! the service was on point. Housekeeping and check-in were both excellent. the breakfast had a decent range on offer, too!!!
the wait time at reception was occasionally a little long, but the staff remained helpful and polite throughout.

the hotel is super convenient, being just one kilometer from the international airport. it's great for travelers needing quick access. there are also many popular shopping malls nearby, offering lots of retail options.

interesting. I found that the air conditioning temperature was centrally controlled. It was difficult to adjust the room temperature to my liking. The system seemed to have a mind of its own. It resulted in a few nights that were not as restful as i anticipated, sadly.

the staff were always on hand to help me with my child. they carried my child around allowing us to eat in peace. the signature restaurant is very CLEAN with kind staffs, and the food is nice.
the shower drain was slow in draining the water. It was also BROKEN. it was quickly fixed though.

i found the staff very helpful. mr siam was very nice and the food tasted great! the hotel also has good atmosphere.
The internet connection was poor. It kept cutting off every 10 minutes. i reported this issue multiple times, but the technician could not fix it.

the location was near the airport so that was acceptable.
The arcade was terrible and many machines were out of order. i ordered a bengali mezze but it took thirty minutes to arrive. the service charge of 15% was mandatory even with the poor service. I could not cancel it.
